Appointment Types and Length
Initial appointment
All Initial appointments are from 30-60 minutes, depending on which service you’re interested in and your health goals. Initial appointments are required for all new patients. This allows the doctor to understand the condition, complete an examination and provide treatment. All initial visits include your first treatment. There are different options for different initial appointment depending on what treatments you are looking to receive. Please reach out if you have any questions on getting started as a new patient.

Adjustment
Chiropractic Kinesiology
This is your traditional chiropractic visit, consisting of spinal palpation and a chiropractic adjustment. Chiropractic adjustments are catered to the individual’s needs and can range from the typical cracks and pops, to more subtle and gentle corrections. These visits are 5-10 min. For more in depth body work, please book an chiropractic kinesiology visit.
5-10min | Get started
Chiropractic kinesiology visits are more in depth than the typical chiropractic adjustment. This includes muscle testing and balancing, soft tissue manipulation from head to toe. For more complex conditions, or multiple body parts, please book this appointment type.
20-30 min | Get started
Nasal specific adjustments are used to open the nasal passages and promote proper breathing mechanics and decrease sinus pressure. The adjustments are performed with a small balloon inserted into the nasal conchae. These visits take about 15 min.
15 mins | Get started
Nasal Specific
Strong sound waves are used to break up adhesions and scar tissue, increase blood flow, and activate stem cells. Great for stubborn chronic pain, ligament and tendon issues, and neuropathy.
20 mins | Get started
This appointment type is specific to truck drivers, EMT drivers, and those looking to obtain or maintain their CDL. This appointment type does not include any treatment, only the physical exam.

We are in network with Medicare Part B and American Specialty Health (ASH). Many insurance plans partner with ASH to provide chiropractic benefits.
We also can provide superbills ( a itemized receipt with insurance codes ) that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

We are located in Lafayette, California! Our address is 3467 Golden Gate Way, Lafayette, CA 94549 CA. There is free street parking and a small gravel parking lot. Please enter through the front entrance and wait in the Lobby. Dr. Becca will bring you back to the treatment room when it is your appointment time.
